THe meeting will be held in Milano, at Piano Terra, an occupied social
center, located in Via Confalonieri 3, Milano, Q.re Isola, Undrground
Green, Stop P.Ta Garibaldi, exit from the station "Via Pepe".

THe programm is, more or less, the following:

saturday morning:

11-13 workshops on "Democracy, European, Istitution, migrants" and
"European WelfareAusterity policies, Insolvency, Precarious strike".

sunday: 10-15: plenary meeting of discussion about the partecipation of
the period of mobilitattion in may, from May 1st to Frankfurt days and
beyond (the 20 days which could change Europe and the world)
