se ha creado un indymedia tematico de biotecnologia:

me parece una muy buena noticia, espero que este indy pueda atraer a 
especialistas en la materia y contribuir a un debate de mucha mas 
calidad que el que estamos acostumbrados en los imc's sobre estos
temas. necesitamos buenas fuentes de informacion ;)

Mission statement and policy

Indymedia is a collective of independent media organizations and hundreds of journalists offering grassroots, non-corporate coverage. Indymedia is a democratic media outlet for the creation of radical, accurate, and passionate tellings of truth.

This site is dedicated to the issue of biotechnologie/genetic engineering, mainly with postings that are published on any other Indymedia website, as well as for the direct coverage of special events.

The discussion how this will look in practice is still ongoing and will be dealt with in full after the Sacramento meeting, as will the official new-imc procedure. This therefore not an official Indymedia site at the moment.

This site is run by Indymedia volunteers from different IMCs from different continents.
