        One point that I would like clarified.  Is the Italian law
really a spanish equivalent of the LSSI?  As I read, it seems like
the
italian law is a sort of e-press law, but does it also address the
subject of e-mail in general?  Specifically, is it the conversion to
Italian law of european Directive 2000/31/CE?
