I'am one of the webmaster of samizdat.net (http://www.samizdat.net), a 
french website of alternative communication (by the way, we have 
organised the zeligConf in 2000 (http://www.zelig.org))

I'm going to the hackmeeting in madrid in october, then if you are 
interested, I can make a presentation of the samizdat.net project, the 
former and the future zeligConf (december 2000 ans, ccoming soon, 
december 2002) ; or, more generally, I can also speak about alternative 
communication

i'll be in madrid friday 4 and saturday 5 of october

and, infortunatly, I only speak french and english
