envian  a  los ponentes. Si. La misma que han recibido Bruce

held at the Princesa Sofia Hotel, Barcelona, Spain from 3rd to 5th November 2004. As
a speaker, your full conference registration includes entrance into all General
Sessions, track classes, exhibition hall, receptions, refreshments and all
conference proceedings.

Included in this email you will find further information which provides you with
details on your participation at the Conference.

Please be sure to read this Pre-Conference Information carefully and keep this
email for future reference as it contains details about your RSA Conference 2004
registration.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ONSITE REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN

Beginning on Wednesday 3rd November you will be able to collect your conference
badge and conference materials at the on-site registration desks located in the
Princesa Sofia Lobby. Please proceed to the Speaker Registration desk during the
days and times noted below:


Wednesday 3rd November   08:00am - 9.00pm       
Thursday 4th November    07:00am - 8.00pm       
Friday 5th November      08:00am - 5.00pm       

Please note that you will be required to provide photo ID upon check-in to the
Conference as a security precaution.

SPEAKER MANAGER ON-SITE CONTACT

Once you pick up your badge, please check in with Jennifer Elrod in the speaker
ready room which is located on the - 2 Floor in the Cadaques Room. Please stop by
any time if you have questions or you may leave a message for Jennifer with the
hotel.

SPEAKER RECEPTION AND DINNER

The Speaker Reception and Dinner will be held on Wednesday 3rd November in the Top
City Room at the Princesa Sofia Hotel from 8.00pm - 10.00pm. If you have not already
done so, please let Jennifer Elrod know if you will be able to attend by emailing
her at xxxxxxx. The dress code for the dinner is business casual.
