[Presos] 3 anarchist framed in Spain! charged with bombs after C. guilliani's murder and others

A new frame-up has taken place in Spain. 3 anarchist
comrades have been jailed!

They have been charged of placing several bombs in
Madrid during June and July.

For the first time, we can read in the spanish
OFFICIAL MEDIA that they have been jailed WITHOUT
HAVING ANY CONCRETE EVIDENCE. According to the judge's
statement, they "are anarchists, visited prisoners and
had contacts abroad". 

HE ADDS THAT THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AT ALL RELATING THE
IMPRISIONED COMRADES WITH THE BOMBS, BUT ARGUES THAT
THE PRECEDENT STATEMENT IS ENOUGH TO JAIL THEM.

The comrades have been falsely accused of placing a
bomb which exploded on an italian FIAT shop some days
after Carlo Giulliani's murder in Genoa. They have
also been charged of placing other devices the day
before Bush's vist to Spain and another one claimed as
'solidarity with the imprisioned asturian miner".

We can understand this new frame-up inside the current
repressive campaigns which is taking place in Spain
and in Europe. 
All the autonomus and anarchist disidence is beeing
attacked in one way or another. Thus, the governement
is praparing the European Union's summits which are to
occur in Spain next march. Spain's prime minister said
last July that he wasnt going to tolerate any
"disorders as the ones we saw in Genoa". 

They also want to end with all the solidarity movement
growing around the FIES prisioners. 
And, more concretely, theese arrests are related with
the Greek, Italian and Spanish treatys to "end with
dangerous anarchists groups".

Here are some points of the repressive campaign in
Spain:

-Around 14 people inside the squatting, anarchist or
autonomus movements have been arrested and charged
with terrorism during 2001. 
Of them the biggest number is from Barcelona's squats.
Last august, the government "discovered" that "many
squatters support the basque terrorist of ETA". 
Most of them were relaesed, as the charges were so
obviously stupid, but two people continue jailed and 2
more dispeared.  

-All big squats have been evicted in Madrid, and many
in Barcelona. 

-Any "subversive demostration" suffers big pressures.
Police attacks are increasing. Anti-riot policemen
armed with rubber-bullets-guns surround any legal or
ilegal demostration. People are beaten very often, and
dozens of people have been arrested while demostrating
this year.

The most famous attack took place in the anti-world
bank demostration in Barcelona. They took revenge as
the WB had cancelled its summit in the city frighten
of the popular pressures.

One boy lost his eye last August when he was shot in
the face with a rubber bullet gun after the ilegal
eviction of Kasa de la Muntanya, the oldest squat in
Barcelona.



WE CALL OUR COMRADES ALL AROUND THE WORLD TO PRACTISE
REVOLUTIONARY SOLIDARITY.  
 
IF THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT DOESNT NOTICE INTERNATIONAL
PRESSURES, FOR SURE THEY WILL CONTINUE WITH THE
REPRESSIVE CAMPAIGN AND MORE PEOPLE WILL BE FRAMED.
