On the 20th of September it was released one of the six comrades arrested in 
Barcelona: Teo. He was released without bail after having declared before the 
Audiencia Nacional.
On Saturday, in fact, the six arrested people have been brought before the 
judge Guillermo Ruiz Polanco charged with the planning of the murder of 
Catalunya’s counselor Jordi Alvinya and of the journalist Luis Del Olmo. The 
judge decided to put five of them in jail (without bail), releasing Teodoro. 
Four of them are charged with the planning of the murder of 
Telecommunications’ secretary this year, and two of them with the planning of 
the murder of the journalist Luis Del Olmo the last year. The crimes 
acknowledged to them are: murder’s conspiracy, participation in terroristic 
organization, manufacture and detention of incendiary and explosive devices, 
attempted terroristic murder (for the sending of the bomb package to the 
Greek consulate in Madrid), illegal detention of weapons and explosives, 
damages, terroristic damages and fires.
The first person who declared before the judge was Joaquìn, who confirmed all 
the accusations (manufacture and sending of the bomb package).
Rafa said to have set the explosive in a bank and decided to not answer other 
questions, as also Roger, Igor and Carol did, defended by lawyers. The only 
crime acknowledged to Teo (the released boy) is stones’ throwing to bank 
institutes.
Another Spanish comrade is been put inside the same investigations: Iñigo. An 
international arrest warrant hangs over him, but he’s fortunately fugitive.
