[Xhm] [xhm] problema dues liste

ciao,

@ignifugo mi aveva reso admin ma poche persone hanno inviato la 
richiesta tramite il ink quindi forse migrare è più veloce e genera meno 
confusione. inserisco @no come admin che ha già gli indirizzi così 
possiamo chiudere la questione due liste (o se vuoi puoi condividerla e 
faccio io, come preferisci), poi in un secondo momento magari discutiamo 
della gestione della lista ecc. ecc.

ovviamente posso aggiungere a mano se ci sono persone che stanno 
migrando da a/i su altri provider.

sulla questione altri signal/xmpp non mi esprimo perché non ho preferenze.

@ignifugo made me admin of the new list, but few people subscribed via 
the subscription link so maybe a migration from the 'old' list is faster 
and less confusing. i'll make @no admin so we can close the two-list 
issue once and for all <3 (i can also do it if you send me the list, up 
to you really), i think we can discuss moderators, priviledges etc. 
later if we want to.

i am available to add anyone of the a/i emails (sigh) migrating to other 
providers of course.

on the xmpp/signal topic i have no preferences so it's really up to you.
